A little History

The tradition of catering, which had been established prior to 1842 at The Strand, has been carried on by generations of the same family and is continued today by the Redmond's, who purchased the Restaurant and Guest House section of "The Strand" from the previous owners, uncle Donal McMahon and his wife, Claire in 1999.
